Detailed Product Description

STANDARD HEADROOM TROLLEY HOIST adopts the planetary gear reducer to ensure high transmission efficiency. It is characterized by low noise, compact structure, omitting the intermediate shaft. The square appearance is easier to install and fix.

The lifting hook is designed to prevent accidental slippage; Motor has the thermal protection device, which will automatically cut off to prevent damage when the temperature is too high, the machine uses cam limit at both ends to insure precision.

High safety and reliability is secured by our load limit protection device, which can avoid overload-induced adverse consequences.

Wire Rope Hoist

1. Hooks

Load hooks are heat treated and fracture resistant. In case of dangerous overloading or abuse, the hook does not fracture but will slowly yield.

2. Power

Operating voltage 220-440V, 50/60Hz, 1-3 phase.

Low voltage control 36V is standard.

Dual voltage is available.

3. Motor

High efficient energy-saving motor, asbestos free brake system. 2-speed motor available.

Sturdy pole change motors with cylindrical rotors and integrated safety brakes.

3. Limit Switch

Limit switch devices fitted at both top & bottom ends, switch off power automatically to prevent load chain from running out.

4. Pushbutton Swith

Pushbutton swith is rain-proof plastic for severe impact and corrosive atmosphere resistance and mechanically interlocked.

5. Hoisting Gear

Lightweight gear units with silent running flat bevelled gears deliver the torque required.

6.Rope guide

The rope guide reduces wear on the rope and rope drum. It is also easy to install, reducing maintenance requirements for the unit as a whole.

Application

Used in the factory, mine, dock, warehouse, steel mill, etc. Temperature-20 ~ + 40 °C, relative humidity under 85%.
